What partners ask
How is commission calculated?+
Commission = (order total after discounts - cost of goods - payment processing fees) x your rate. Everyone starts at 10%. Shipping and taxes are never part of it, and refunded or cancelled orders are removed.
When and how do I get paid?+
Payouts go out monthly on the 15th with no minimum. You pick your preferred payout method when you complete your partner agreement.
Can I raise my rate?+
Yes. Email help@zerilyx.com after creating your code. Higher volumes move you into Silver, Gold, and Elite tiers automatically over time.
Is there an approval process?+
No. Codes are created instantly with no application or queue. Organizations wanting private codes or product perks can email help@zerilyx.com.
