SMS Updates from Zerilyx
Zerilyx sends text messages about your order. If you give us your mobile number and check the box below at checkout, we will text you when your payment is received, when your order ships with its tracking number, and when it is delivered. That is it.
What you'll receive
Transactional messages about your own order only: payment confirmation, shipping notification with tracking number, and delivery confirmation.
Message frequency
Msg frequency varies and depends on your order activity. Most customers receive 2 to 3 messages per order.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Zerilyx does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to opt out and you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email help@zerilyx.com.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors only to support delivery of these messages (e.g., our SMS provider).
