Is Zerilyx a legitimate US supplier?
Zerilyx is a small US team supplying research-use-only peptides from a short catalog. Orders ship from the US and support email is answered by our own team at help@zerilyx.com. See About Zerilyx.
Where does Zerilyx ship from, and how fast?
Orders ship from the US. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day; later orders, weekends and US holidays ship the next business day. Most domestic orders arrive within 1-3 business days, and delivery times are estimates. See the Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $9.99 within the United States and $29.99 to approved international destinations. Orders of $200 or more ship free within the United States. See the Shipping Policy.
How do I check the certificate of analysis (COA) for my vial?
Find the lot number on your vial and look it up on the COA page to see whether a certificate is published for it. The testing lab is named on each certificate, and where the lab issued an access code it is shown so you can check the result on its portal. Questions about a specific lot can go to help@zerilyx.com.
What payment methods does Zerilyx accept?
Checkout offers card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Zelle and Cash App. Card charges appear on your statement as ZERILYX. See About Zerilyx.
Does Zerilyx have discount codes or rewards?
Zerilyx runs a Coins rewards program: every paid order earns coins per $1 spent, credited automatically, and coins never expire. Lifetime coins decide your tier, tiers never downgrade, and your tier discount applies to every future order with no code needed. See the Coins page.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow the shipment through delivery. See the Shipping Policy.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final, and returns of opened or unopened products are not accepted once shipped. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or refund at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. See the Refund Policy.
Can Zerilyx answer questions about dosing or human use?
No. Zerilyx products are sold strictly for laboratory research use and are not for human or animal use, and staff will not answer questions about dosing, human or animal use, or clinical interpretation. See the Disclaimer.
