Information We Collect

Zerilyx collects information you provide directly to us (name, email, phone number, shipping address, payment details) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our Site.

How We Use Your Information

Zerilyx uses your information to process orders, ship products, communicate about your purchase, send order status updates by text message if you opted in, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Site.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you check the text-message consent box at checkout, Zerilyx collects your phone number and your opt-in choice, and uses them solely to send you order status updates (order confirmation, payment updates, and shipping notifications) for your own orders. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors only to support delivery of these messages (e.g., our SMS provider). See our SMS Terms for full details.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Zerilyx shares information only with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, and our text messaging provider) as needed to fulfill your order, or when required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide site functionality, remember your age verification, and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at help@zerilyx.com or through our contact form.
