Official giveaway rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sponsor: Zerilyx LLC, 7 Ronalds Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Eligibility: legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older at entry. Void where prohibited. Sponsor employees and their immediate household members are not eligible. Entry period, prizes and approximate retail values: see the selected active giveaway listed below. How to enter: follow the entry instructions for the selected giveaway in the Zerilyx Discord, or submit the free alternate entry form on this site during the entry period. No purchase or Discord account is required for alternate entry. One entry per person per giveaway across all entry methods. Free entries must receive the same odds and treatment as Discord entries. Sponsor reviews entries from both sources before the draw; this site does not automatically merge them. Winner selection: random drawing from all eligible entries on or after the stated draw date. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner contact: Sponsor contacts a potential winner using the email or Discord identity provided at entry, as specified for that giveaway. No payment is required to claim a prize. Admins must finalize claim deadlines, alternate-winner procedures and prize delivery terms before activation. Prizes: store credit, merch or lab supplies only. No research compounds. Prize description and approximate retail value are listed for each giveaway. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Privacy: entry information is used to administer the giveaway and contact winners. Submitting an entry does not grant email or SMS marketing consent. Discord does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion. Draft template: administrators must review all terms and applicable laws before activating a giveaway.
